The safety and security of  all Casitas Village residents and their guests is the highest priority of the Board of Directors. We have a zero tolerance policy toward criminal behavior, or any behavior which causes a disruptive or dangerous situation here. Anyone engaged in such behavior may be asked to leave; legal action will be taken if necessary.

Report all criminal activities or suspicious circumstances to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department immediately.

Later, please mention what you saw to the Association, so that we can take steps to improve safety and security. We will respect your privacy.
