The office at Casitas Village is open Monday – Friday, except holidays, from 8:00AM to 4:00PM. Sometimes, the staff are working on the property but away from the phone. Please leave a message. Your call will be returned by the next business day.
 

Emergencies

If an emergency – a situation which may result in injury or property damage – arises when the office is closed, please call the number provided in our voice mail recording. Please note that an emergency is something which cannot wait until the office is open. And it is something which our office manager can do something about from home, such as calling a plumber. Of course, the most serious emergencies should be addressed by calling 9-1-1.
